1. Season steak on both sides with salt, black pepper, and Italian seasoning. A tablespoon of each or to your liking.
2. Preheat oven to 425.
3. In a bowl, mix 2 eggs, and a tablespoon of Mrs. Dash and black pepper, and 1/3 cup of almond milk.
4. Turn the stove burner to medium heat. When it is hot, coat the pan with Olive Oil. Cook on one side for 4 minutes.
5. Put steak in the oven for 15 min or until the meat is 145F.
6. Let meat rest for 10 min.
7. Put more oil into the pan you cooked the steak in (in direction 4) and pour the egg mixture in. Cook until the eggs are scrambled.
