1 cup butter 2 1/2 cups minute rice 1 cup celery 1 cup onion 1 tsp salt 1/2 cup minced parsley 8oz fresh mushrooms 16oz chicken broth 1/2 tsp thyme 1/4 tsp pepper
Shop Ingredients
Melt butter in 12-14 inch pan. Add uncooked rice; stir to coat with butter. Add onion, celery and mushrooms. Saute stirring constantly. Heat chicken broth and seasonings to boiling. Stir into rice mixture. Heat again to boiling, cover and simmer for 30 minutes. Stir in parsley.
