Ingredients
Mussels, angel pasta, olive oil, basil, salt, butter, lemon and lime juice
Shop Ingredients
- boil small pot of water
- once boiling add salt and pasta (7 min), strain
- add mussels to a second pot (10 min or until open)
- heat up lemon, lime, and butter in a small ramniken, pour over mussels
- strain mussel juice into a small bowl
- place mussels into a bowl to seperate from shell
- combine noodles, mussels, and pour mussel juice on top
