1. Toast multigrain bread

2. Add avocado to the bread

3. In a large pot, bring water to a boil.  Lower heat until the water is barely bubbling.  Add salt to the water.  Crack 1 egg into a cup.  Quickly stir the water in the pot.  Pour the egg into the pot.  Cook for 2 1/5 to 3 minutes.  Remove the egg with a slotted spoon.

4. Place egg on the bread

5. sprinkle chili powder, basil, and lime onto the dish
