Put 4 cracked eggs into a bowl.

Pour 1/3 cup of almond milk

cut up and add spinach and peppers (green, yellow, and/or red)

stir ingredients together.

Preheat pan on medium to medium high.

add Olive oil to the pan

After pan is hot and you coated the pan with oil, add the egg mixture.

Cook until eggs are to your liking.
